This is for Ashley and for everyone out there thinking about going to the gym: losing motivation to do things is NORMAL! What's more important in living a healthier lifestyle is to listen to your body and staying consistent. The gym is not the only way to fitness. Physical activity such as dancing, sports, and going for walks are just as healthy as spending time and money at the gym. Don't beat yourself up, just remind yourself to go next time :)

5:53 i was taught inspecting your skin weekly/monthly will give you a good picture of what's where and what's newly developing. some of those moles might have already been there. the way to know if it's your skin overreacting to sun exposure is to see how many moles have formed on the exposed skin vs where there's bikini coverage.👍

Sun is good for the skin. Sunscreen Containes Stuff that can cause cancer. Just make sure you dont get burned and damage the skin.

Been thinking about getting an air fryer, in order to make "chips", since my squash and zucchini plants are producing much more than previous seasons. I off-load them to my neighbors (bonus one neighbor shares the Z-bread that she makes with me!!) but still too many to eat!

An air fryer is life changing! There’s so many diff recipes to try! You can even use them when you’re too lazy to fry your nuggets etc the traditional way + it’s a healthier alternative!
