I’m a recent grad in HR with CIPD level 5 and want to get into HR but I have no HR experience apart from recruitment volunteering. What’s the best way to get into HR because there are so many functions? ( I do like the staffing side) But I’ve seen people go into entry level roles like HR admin and assisnat first and then specialise into their interest

I just depends on what you want to do really. Volunteering experience is great and can be highlighted on your CV to sell yourself. I do think at entry level, the main aim is just to get your foot in so I would take any role with a HR focus and then use that to get your next role once you're clearer what you want to do.
