I lead a dual-location lifestyle between my home in Tokyo and my family's ancestral home. I enjoy taking care of the ancestral home, which no one lives in anymore, by tending to the garden.
Today, it's raining. I thought I would take this opportunity to relax and plan my gardening while sipping on a coffee.
I have always admired kitchen gardens. I aimed to create a vegetable garden that not only looks good but also tastes delicious by interplanting flowers and vegetables. However, I'm struggling with growing tomatoes, and already my summer vegetable garden has turned into a jungle!
Regardless of the taste, I just hope to have some harvest. I don't ask for much.
The grass will probably continue to grow even during the rain, and it seems like the entire garden will become a mess soon. Well, let's see it as nature's way and be lenient about it, shall we?
Now, the delicious coffee and sweets in the video are from the donation brand "DOG CAT HUMAN." It's an initiative created by my friend to make donations more accessible. I hope that buying products that contribute to society will become one of the choices for future consumption.
Here are the coffee, sweets, and other goods. I personally support them, so let me introduce them to you.

Japanese traditional house that was built about 85-90 years ago.
Now, the house is unoccupied, so I go there each week to clean the house and mow the grass in the garden.
I have a lot of housework to do, but I love them!
