Brad Dourif is the normal voice for chucky throughout the franchise, the 2019 Chucky is voiced by Mark Hamil and after that movie came out Brad returned to doing the voice for all future and current chucky t.v series and movies

I mean it's literally the voice actor from the movies (Roger L. Jackson) and that was not hard to hear. Nobody else has this iconic of a voice hahaha. Robot Chicken often uses the actual voice actors if they can get them.
