No guys. Pinky pinky is lieng about sim registration on the bts. Once your phone is registered on the bts either your on call or not it will migrate your profile to the nearest tower available and register it on that tower to connect. Some Cellphone companies have what is called profiles on the network which migrate with us as we move around with our phones. However, she was partially correct when it comes to if a call is received "it will record the initial registered nearest tower or the tower that initiated the call" However, if one is in motion the might be different tower when the call is ended ( depending on coverage distance ). The truth is, your profile is continously connected and migrate with you... I hope the diffence will remember to ask her the differences between BTS AND BSC and when do they connect to our cellphones and why.... Question 2 should be,is network activity and handset activity similar? Question 3, can you reflect a group Gprs to show group call..will it show multiple numbers or just 1.... gprs is gprs..... can you reflect others 5 numbers that he called via gprs..... how is this possible...(here I stand for correction) systems might have upgraded. Qyestion 3. Pinky need to be asked if she is a network technician or specialist.. then a network specialist need to be called. Her qualifications are not allowing her to be explaining technical network.... Last question should be, a dual sim phone, with 2 vodacom sims will it register same tower? Vodacom numbers in the house(spaza) did they use similar tower? It's a lot shame... I need mshololo email guyzin. Ramosepidi & Mnisi wake up

My very best bet is Advocate Mngomezulu. He's the BEST. As Ratha would always "swenk" about George Bizos and others. So did Mngomezulu go through Bizos, Moseneke and other giants.

The defence should not be destructed by all these other stories but focus on Pinky 205s especially for accused number 3 coz they have his 2014 205s. I like that Mngomezulu seems to focus on crucial facts. The state is trying to overwhelm the defence with things that might not matter, like Ntanzi phone calls to girlfriend just to prove he had his phone. Defence hold on and dont lose focus, dont be tempted to eat the bones whilst the meaty part is neglected.

When you on a call and you drive, then you will be moving from one tower to the next depending on the availability of your SP's towers around the area you would be travelling across. It's called "handover* as you switch towers while driving/walking etc. Sometimes if you on a call and you notice that you can no longer hear the person on the other side and suddenly you then can hear them after a few seconds, that is sometimes caused by the switching of towers...and technical checks that happen to validate the switching.

Advocate Mshololo is wide awake. At times she just need to calm down a bit so she can be able to articulate herself properly. You can tell buy how she started with the objection she was agitated. Controlling her emotions and not shout as mostly people then respond to how you come at them even though you are making a valid point. Not forgetting that law is to applied properly but in this case the judge easily bend the law as he feels and you can tell it out of emotions but not the law.
