isn't delia only good in pve.. the dmg won't be that big in arena since the hp scaling that is not as much as a boss (tested it myself) in pvp smthg like skadi which can freeze enemy/ the like is way more preferable.. but in boss content delia is top tier surpassing all mage indeed

i am only objective here based on my experience in playing.. As I go and play along, i can discover more? Some heroes excels more than others in early game, but there are mid game heroes and end game heroes. The game is new, so we should go first with Early game heroes. As we level up and acquire more resources, everything will evolve. Note: new players cannot relate if we will go directly to end game content. It should be a progressive content. to answer your question, Delia is very decent in PVP also. =) maybe you are right if we will talk about end game heroes. There are 3 contents Beginner, Middle and End game. The game is dynamic and other heroes will only flourish if they were ascended to higher tier.
