An invoice or bill is an important written document that indicates the sale or supply by one business to another business or consumer. It contains information about the particular sale transaction, such as buyer's details, quantity, value, tax and payment terms.
There are two invoice format in BUSY:
1. Standard Invoice Format
2. Advance Invoice Format
We can configure documents for more advanced features and can design full documents or invoices as per our requirement. Using Advanced Configuration option, you can take document designing to a higher level. For Example, you can select the data fields to be displayed in the document or you can decide whether the text should appear bold or italicized. On similar lines, there are many other designing features that can be used.

Dear Sir, Yes we will add the relevant information. For standard Invoice, follow this configuration - Administration --> Configuration --> Invoice Document Configuration --> Standard --> Enable the Print Batch --> Batch.

Instead of such code-based configuration, which is very difficult for the majority of users, please upgrade your printing utility in Busy. Busy's invoice printing tool is of stone-age. User has to go a dozen steps to print or make PDF of an invoice. Other competitors have adopted the modern approach and are providing utilities to send PDF directly to Whatsapp with a great easy-to-do customization. Please upgrade the printing module.
