Hihi! I group all of my layers and then place the group above the watermark so when I export I can crop it out 💗🐰

I used Lens Blur on "NodeVideo" app! Similar effect can be made on Alight with Linear Streaks (two of them, angles are different: 90 & 180) and add inner blur
