Very effective in showing the gradual increase in pressure through the turn (by shortening inside leg) then once at max pressure, releasing into transition. Excellent footage and editing. Thanks for sharing!

This video is a way much better than usually. Congrats I like it very much. There are some important missing points, but not so many really. What is missing? During the start of the turn you have to move your COM down the slope, in the direction of the outside ski-tip. This will make your steering force on your skis and your angulation. You comment only the edging and pressure increase and these are not enough. All forces must increase, not only the edgings and the ski pressures. Nothing is said about separation and how to create a good transition with no ski pressures.

I think Iris's skiing is perfectly beautiful, with a great edge control, pressure, and proper seperation to the outward ski as commented. But the reason there's no specific mention of outward angulation in the video is likely because opinions among skiers vary, and determining what's right or wrong depends on individual body conditions.

This is really great skiing. I would suggest that the outside foot of the turns is getting caught behind a bit. If you pushed your outside foot ahead you would get more power and the tracks you leave would be much more even. If you look at your tracks they are throughout the arc converging and diverging a bit too much.

Was just gonna mention this, the inside ski is a bit too much ahead the outside ski, but really nice skiing nevertheless. I personally like retracting the inside foot consciously. It also helps me get my transitions smoother between turns.

Hvala !
