Aalto completely slipped my mind, I can't believe I forgot to mention him. He is one of the top options to use as a secondary dps with main dps Jianxin due to the aero damage buff from his outro. ~160% ER should be enough on her, but you can aim for a higher number just to be one the safer side. I made a mistake, her heals are once every 6 seconds until the shield lasts. So if the shield doesn't break, you will get a total of 5 ticks of healing as the shield lasts for 30 seconds.

question. doesnt the rejuvinating set only increase team attack if you do a team heal? so the originie type iv gaunlet wont trigger the set wont it? or is that just a translation issue?

Aalto is one of the most underrated character ingame. While he lacks the burst to actually do damage, his utility is insane enough that you can bring him to hologram with a BEEFED UP chixia and he will buy her enough time to turn the boss fight into a joke. XD

I still confused choosing sub dps between mortefi and aalto, i got jianxin attack 1830 44 crit rate 200 crit damage

Outside Buff Effects show above the HP Bar as icons. Character buff effects show up as effects on your character: Verina = Glowing Flowers, Jianxin = Green Mist, Mortefi - Red Aura, etc. etc.

theyre very vaguely shown via ur character glowing or like for yinlins buff its a little transparent purple triangle that u can barely see next to ur character. i do agree tho they need to make the buffs more noticeable

focus the camera on her front side, zoom in, use her resonance skill, she does an idle animation after the skill ends, that and her rest of idle animations made her my favorite character.

This was a good advice, I didn't know you can have 100% damage mitigation on Jianxin. Now her forte don't feel awkward to use on higher difficulty boss. I go by using the boss downtime and doing the forte there, now i can face tank their skills and don't suffer from it.

so, if i was to run her with both danjin and havoc mc, would i absolutely HAVE to go with the rejuvenating glow set and originite type iv weapon to have enough survivability? or can i use a hybrid/sub dps build? are her heals and shield strong enough when built that way?

Reminder swap cancel gets rid of direct passing buffs but global buffs don't drop like from tye rejuvenating set that stays. So what ever buff you guve her ir she gives that you care about you need to do that action before the swap and the monkey buff from echo does not stick if you swap cancle it animation i think. I really think we need buff bars

So regarding her support, is she mainly a buffer and not much healer? or is the healing aspect coming from her Forte of which we'll need to generate a shield to apply to our other teammates? Just trying to figure out how to approach healing aspect if she's going to be the main support

Very nice guide, I setup Jianxin as a solid sub dps with Jiyan and if in a defensive approach switch Jianxin as main for the damage reduction and the heals, Moonlit Clouds and a Stonard weapon is very good for damage and energy regen

can you confirm if the 3 star guantlet activates the rejuvenating set bonus? because i heard from someone it doesnt and im not sure which is right... i'd test myself but already fed all 3 star weapons to my Yinlin weapon...

Ive got C6 Taoqi, should i use jianxin as support in my havoc rover - danjin team, or is C6 Taoqi possibly better

Against C0 jianxin naturally C6 taoqi win. Taoqi shield is independent per character so you get like 3 times the shield. And with C6 her damage is as huge as her mountains. 😁

I have both marcato R2 and the 3* gauntlet R5.. for a support jianxin (by support i mean that i use her in team without verina/bazhi) should i go for the marcato or the 3* option? I've already lvled marcato to lvl 50.. but i've got lots of weapon exp so i guess it doesn't really matter.. I'm trying to improve my Rover (havoc) + Danjin + Jianxin team but so far they are way worse than my main Jian team even though i got rover the 5 star standard sword..

If you don't have enough energy from your echoes, go for Marcato. Also, if you plan to use the 3 star gauntlet, you can just keep it at level 1 if you don't care about Jianxin's damage, as we only need the passive to activate the set effect.

So i was thinking on doing one energy regen 3 cost echo + marcato will put me on 160+ energy regen, with a few good substats i'd reach 180%. But i was wondering if two 3 costs energy regen echos + the 3* gauntlet would be better in the end.

If you build support which is rejuvenating set then the 3-star originite or 4-star gauntlet#21D is your best option. Depending solely on her forte to heal is really not good for rejuvenating set.

She might be slower than rover, but i really like her versatility, and can actually fight bosses without switching so i mained her, i just high up her regen so she can dodge-counter, im hoping to have yinlin to team up with her.

You made a mistake. You said she heals once a second for 6 seconds. The correct healing is once every 6 seconds (the shield lasts 30 seconds so if it doesnt break you would get 5 healing ticks)

Who should i choose for the selector, jianxin or encore? Currently my team are mc, danjin, calcharo, verina, and yinlin. I wanted to build one of them in the future

Jianxin imho, why? cuz from UL 1 to 40 you wont have enough reasources of building 3 MAIN DPS, 2 are the EXACT resource until UL 45... Encore yes is a MUST, BUT, you already have Calcharo Yinling and the MC, MC is a GOOD BURST DPS, hes the same lvl as Encore... Jianxin on the other hand is a VERY VERSATILE UNIT, she can be a MAIN DPS, BUT, shes a very powerful shielder, healer, crowd controller, and most importantly, HUGE BUFFER in the game... you wont need to have maxed Echos with her, just put Moonlit or Rejuvination on her and shes good to go... unlike Encore... you will be REQUIRED to spend a TON of Resources just to use her and again from UL 1 to 45, you just need 2 DPS UL 45 - 50, you will have a chance to build a 3rd but Encore is not a good option since there will be more banners to come.

In early game yes but on a later stage I don't think so especially if your jianxin get intro more often than others.

She only heal herself, right? and Originite type 4's healing also only for the user, right? Ain't concerto energy for the outro skill and resonance energy is for the resonance liberation??? I think you them mixed up. I feel almost every character has to stay on-field for long time just to build the forte gauge... plus cannot swap freely if the concerto bar is full else the outro is wasted on the wrong character.

Why would you run 5 rejuvenating set? Why not 2 rejuvenating and 2 moonlit? She only heals herself, so it doesn't seem like the 5 set gives DPS buff unless the effect means she can heal herself and still provide the buff.

The 5pc rejuvenating set can be triggered from self heal. She can heal her teammates as well when her shield is active.

Jianxin build shield with bell (outro) Yinlin then echo + burst + mark + Forte then (outro) to Calcharro, Rover (Havoc) or Yanwu = easy game

The toa rn have Aero dmg as buff so choosing yangyang and jianxin is good. I have yet to lvl my yangyang and my echos aren't good enough maybe that's why I feel like Jianxin isn't doing much

Aalto is good for generic aero damage. It's just that Mortefi gives a bigger damage buff to heavy attack damage where the bulk of Jianxin's damage is at.

Did you actually play her? The shield doesn't restore HP every second for a total 6 seconds, instead, it restores HP every 6 seconds for as long as shield is up. Other than that, the guide seems solid, though I wouldn't ignore her intro skill, as it deals a very respectable amount of damage.

@@johnd7760 Unless said otherwise, skills scale off attack. The scaling of shield and healing is based on Forte Circuit level, you can see it listed there.

If her shield works like Yun Jin does from GI, she'd be fun to play. For context, Yun Jin has this pseudo-parry where she skips the charge animation of her level 2 shield if she manages to activate her skill to counter an incoming attack. With the parry system in Wuwa, I hope they add this mechanic. So far, she's my least played character because I find her kit to static with the lengthy charge animation.
