Very high. Read some midwife blogs on this and stop listening to people who rake in your cash by scaring you. Prob not what you want to hear from a stranger, but this is the honest perspective most people are too brainwashed or afraid to give you. I'm on my third baby doing all my own prenatal care and my own births and I will tell you that no one, even someone in a lab coat, is going to tell us more about this topic than we as gestating women understand by Instinct alone.

Good for you for not jumping the gun and trying to play bingo with Milestones just so others on social media will pay attention to you. An embarrassing number of people who have no excuse are having babies in their early and mid twenties. Those poor kids.

As a woman who is carrying her second child and had her first over the age of 35, I’ll say this. All this stuff about “advanced maternal age” that they scare women with are truly overblown.
