This is a compilation that I put together as an example of the advanced features that can be utilized in the molecular plugin, and physics engines with Blender and Softimage.
I altered the molecular script using Python to improve the link-cell method and overall molecular dynamics through symplectic integration and node density adaptation to better simulate collision detection, motion vectors, tension, and gravity.
The game controller portion of the animation is done using game engine sensors, and actuators. I then baked and rendered the scenes on two separate hardware platforms. With CPU rendering, I used an Intel Core 2 Extreme QX9650 3.0Ghz processor and GPU rendering was processed using two Nvidia Geforce GTS 450's on scalable link interface. The rest of the video are merely hardware and vector render examples from old screengrab recordings.

Hey everyone! Be advised that KZfaq is automatically flagging any comments with hyperlinks as spam, and then deletes them. It only leaves the information for me to view the activity. Just know that any URL's included in your comments are being auto-filtered by the system, not me. As far as other comments, my viewers should know that I'm alerted when specific verbiage is used. I want everyone to enjoy my videos, and understand the technical, and creative purpose behind their creation. However, any trolls that are trying to create trouble with me, or flame wars with anyone else, will have their comments deleted, and be permanently banned from my channel. I have a responsibility to maintain a civil and enjoyable environment for everyone. For those of you who show your support, you have my unwavering gratitude.

@@soaphelps PhysX support was integrated into all CUDA GPUs shortly after Nvidia acquired PhysX, so having dedicated PhysX cards was pointless. Just imagine if Nvidia had released dedicated raytracing cards before releasing the current RTX cards we have now -- the dedicated raytracing cards would naturally become obsolete.

This was released 6 years ago, and I remember when I saw videos like this back then. It was amazing. I'm not sure if I've seen this particular one, but certainly many like it. In any case, it is incredible when you compare this to simulations from 2019 which have a far higher resolution in terms of particles. We have come so far, and at the moment it seems like it's only going to get better. What a time to be alive!
