Here are the 5 Techniques and Strategies I used to become Advanced and Near Fluent in the Spanish Language!
Full-Immersion Intake
5 Cellphone Applications
Learn from Practitioners
Speak Out Loud Everyday
Practice Grammar
---
1. Full-Immersion Intake - This is all about being intentional with what you have. It would be ideal to move to a Spanish speaking country for maximum growth but that’s not in the cards for everyone. So play with the cards given to you.
- I changed the language of all my devices to Spanish
- I only listened to Spanish music
- I took in all my entertainment in Spanish
- I wrote out all my lists and schedules in Spanish.
The more Spanish that goes in, the more Spanish will come out!
Music I listen to learn Spanish
- Anything by “Matisse” - A very talented Latin Pop group. Their songs just hit the heart. My favorite song is “Más Que Amigos”
- Julieta Venegas - A pure voices Pop Artist. Some of her songs are slow so it’s perfect for listening practice. My favorite song of her is “Limón y Sal”
- Cafe Tacvba - A Rock and Alternative band has a smooth sounding songs. Also great for beginners! My song of choice from them is “Eres”
- Jesse & Joy - Me encanta! Amazing voices and heartfelt songs. Also Pop Artist. I love their song “Te Esperé”

Hi, thank you for all these useful resources. My favorites are Language Transfer and Pimsleur. I used Language Transfer when I started to learn Spanish. I got pretty fast to an intermediate level. Besides, I learned the grammar naturally, without memorising rules. Also, I used to watch lots of videos, read books, listen to audiobooks, podcasts etc. I also recommend one Udemy course that is great and helped me a lot. It's called Spanish for beginners by Peter Hanley.

That’s awesome! Language transfer and Pimsleur apps are simply gold. Grammar was a bit challengingly for me, until I used Language Transfer and Madrigal’s Magic Key to Spanish. I gotta check out the resources you sent! Thanks so much!

You don’t have to say that. If it’s annoying to you, keep it to yourself. Besides, the music has nothing to do with what he is talking about

@@intrepidojaguar1120 I was trolling you because you're being such an a-hole. I'd bet if you were involved with a woman from the US, you'd be high-fiving your friends, but you get upset if a guy and a girl meet...who happen to be from different countries because you think (somehow) that they are YOUR women. I'll give you a hint..... if she does not want to be involved with you...then she's not your woman regardless of whether you share a nationality.
