What length would you have between pole and float ?

Hi Joe, here in New Zealand we can only use a rod with a running line. Can paste be used on an ordinary rod. Thanks for your Help.

Paste can be used on a rod and line, the only issue you may have is casting it out. You will need to make sure the paste is firm and sticky

What if you can't fish hemp at a venue would you use hard pellets

Yes and corn is another great option. I would probably lean toward corn

Paste fishing is a method Ive yet to try… always looked at it as messy and being worried the baits still on the hook. Watch you has made it look simple…maybe give it a try in summer months… thanks for another great video Preston 💚🤍💙
