This video is intended for use after completing the Follow On Pilates video. Presented by the Pelvic Health team at MPFT, who show you a series of exercises designed to improve your pelvic health and overall wellbeing.
The Pilates series will begin at a low level and will be advanced in stages depending on your fitness levels. It is important for you to go at your own pace, and stop whenever you wish, if you feel tired or are in any discomfort.
We would advise that are checked by your pelvic health physiotherapist or GP, to ensure you are doing pelvic floor exercises correctly. If you are unsure or have any pre existing medical needs, you can check with your GP before starting.
