Let's Connect and Move through this FULL BODY advanced pilates reformer session. We are staying with the Classical work for this one. It is faster paced, with transitions, inversions, and standing on the the moving carriage. Even though it is faster paced, we are still sticking with our Pilates principles! As always, honor your body and let's MOVE!
You will need your box, a pole or dowel, sticky pad for Stomach Massage, and your beautiful self;)
