Another way to shade with the liney/wool texture: 1. Click Filter > Glitches > Scanlines 2. Turn on "Vertical" 3. Turn off "Colorize" 4. Adjust amount x size! Have a great day people, hope this helped!

tips for everyone: 1. the thinner the material the more wrinkles there will be and vice versa. 2. wrinkles tend to be at points of tension (armpits, on your sides under your forearms if you have large breasts) or where the material will be loose (generally on your lower abdomen however, if you have a large stomach that will be a point of tension). 3. dont do random wrinkles! it wont look natural at all. 4. since roblox characters are pretty blocky, you can be a little lazy with finding points of tension and loose areas but still follow rule 3. 5. if youre not going to use the overlay feature after shading with black... DONT USE BLACK! instead, use a slightly darker version of your base. blurring black (without pressing overlay) will make your shading look really weird. 6. wrinkles for points of tension tends to be smaller and straighter. wrinkles for loose/ baggy points tend to be curvier and longer. they tend to curve in a slight U shape. also study human anatomy and watch guides on how to draw clothing (not specifically for roblox clothes)
