I would suggest printing the image in sections like you did but with overlap. That way you can line up the image perfectly then use tape to hold it together. For example if the image is 30" wide, print the first third from 0" to 10.5", then the middle from 10" to 20", and the last third from 19.5" to 30". With the image facing up, line it up and they'll overlap then tape it from the back. This is how I do large puzzles.

You tried and that’s what matters. If you get a roll of sublimation paper you can cut off a 36 inch piece and feed that from the backside of the printer and print it all at once so you don’t have to worry about the scene. Amazon sells rolls that are 13 inches wide. I’ve printed sheets over 6 feet long from my 7720 using the rear feed. I just cut off the piece as long as I need it and feed it in the back. In your print settings just adjust the length of your paper.

I'm going to pickup some of that.. I didn't know 13" roll sub paper was a thing... That kinda changes everything.

@@SouthpawsStudio It's a big game changer. Amazon sells ASUB 13" x 300' rolls for around $35. When I do tumblers I setup my document size to about 60" and get like 6 or 7 tumblers in one shot, much less waste of paper that way.

You can also lay out your work flat across the game pad then tape it down really good move it to your heat press do a section at a time

It did turn out nice! It would be hard to line up perfectly! I have never seen a mouse pad that big!

I believe the secret is using 13" roll paper to print it as one piece.

I just did this for the first time and I have a smaller press. so Hard lol. I had to press 4 times haha. still came out nice but def not perfect. be nice to have a printer that can print that big and then a press that big as welll hah

I split them in Photoshop
