Or just sidechain the vocals with the main instrumental with a multiband compressor makes it more dynamic !

I always knew that there’s something about you which beckoned me to go through your content but I didn’t (due to knowledge overload and internet detoxing too :P). Today I had to learn something specific and your video pops up in results. Three minutes into the video and I find that you use the same compressor and follow the same steps! I’m super surprised because till date, I was doing this by instinct and never saw anyone suggesting this workflow and especially this compressor. Glad, I found you. Now watching rest of the video :)

I created a parallel send and added....soundgoodizer + distortion and finally compressor for parallel compression.....ek sath hi clear, thick and loud ho gaya

To my ears, the bass sounds a little overwhelming, even after vocal processing. Maybe a little bit of subtractive EQing in the bass frequencies can make room for high frequencies to reveal themselves, and the result could be an overall crisp mix. Of course, we are not to overdo it. Just a little bit. What are your thoughts? P. S. I am listening on cheap headphones so if i got it wrong, nevermind please.
