I love the way you pronounce. It seems so easy! When I listen to you I think I can do it 💪... but I can't 😔 How can I get that pronunciation? By the way, the video is as useful as usual. Once again: thanks for your help, teacher!!!! 😁

Hi Cristina, you are so lovely! Thank you, but if I can, you can too!!! Pronunciation takes time and lots of practice. Suggestions: Listen to EVERYTHING you can and imitate as much as you can, record yourself and try to sound like the speaker, even if you have to do it a million times. Have you looked into the "shadowing technique" in KZfaq? It's a great technique to improve pronunciation and intonation. Have a try!

👨‍🔬👨‍🔬 Certainly an amazing video, it's a pity you upload so few, but I can understand it, it's only I am a bit selfish because I enjoy with them. I would like to ask you about to get so clear pronunciation as you have, nowadays, it's one of my weakness in the learning and I am making some tongue twister every day and shadowing exercises but being honest I don't notice evident changes, Can you give a piece of advice? thanks in advance and greetings.
3 жыл бұрын
Hi Ricardo, Happy New Year!!! Yesss, I wish I could upload more frequently, but right now I have a lot on my plate 🤪.... however, your words are amazing motivation so they will probably encourage me to find the time 😃About pronunciation, I know how you feel, it is definitely a marathon and not a sprint and one must be extremely patient and flexible. The shadowing technique is one of my favourites as well as reading and speaking outloud at the same time. Another key element is to aware of connected speech and practice with KZfaq videos. We might see a phrase like “ i want to eat at a restaurant”, but if we don’t connect those words we won’t sound as natural. Doing tongue twisters is also a fun way to go, so it sounds like you are on the right track Ricardo. Sometimes we are too hard on ourselves and there is some progress but we cannot notice it. Keep at it and you’ll see 💪💪🚀Thanks for stopping by 👍

Monica, quería preguntarte por qué nos han puesto en la eoi de Córdoba un examen de reading sobre coches eléctricos, tema que no habíamos dado, en el cual no se entendia nada y era muchisimo mas dificil que el resto de los exámenes que hemos hecho. Luego nos pusieron un reading que tampoco podiamos coger nada. Esto por qué lo hacen? El resto de los exámenes y ejercicios en clase han sido asequibles. Y estos, para que?
3 жыл бұрын
Hola Mari ángeles, te refieres a que te han puesto esos exámenes complicados en B2.1 ó el curso pasado en B1? Si os lo han puesto en B2.1 , eso depende totalmente de vuestro tutor o del departamento de tu EOI puesto que B2.1 no es un curso de certificación y los exámenes los diseña tu tutor o su departamento. Saludos
