Honestly so glad that this channel exists. While there is a certain charm and enjoyment to your more heavily-edited content, I'm a sucker for this more longform version as well. It's a great watch and honestly I love putting on your longer-form playthroughs as background noise when working as well.

he's 100% my favorite dude who plays PZ. His voice & how he chooses to speak is just something I can listen to for hours & not get irrationally annoyed, like I do for some other creators. its a me problem, but AA does not exacerbate that problem lol

I think a compass would be great in zomboid. That way you can set a base and go out and about for days, get lost and right click the compass for a window that tells you how far and what direction you are away from your base
@Gibsland2 жыл бұрын
Except that considering how the game goes the compass would work like an actual compass and you'd need to do the math yourself, or have some requisite skills and/or materials.

for those interested about him talking about shotguns around an hour in: the SPAS in particular is an interesting gun in that it's both semi-auto AND pump action. as chat was telling him, you load shotgun shells into the magazine tube one by one, and then when its full you 'rack' the shotgun, pulling back on the pump, to seat the first round and prepare the gun for firing, after that point, if it's in semi auto mode, firing the shotgun will cause the gas released from the shell itself to cycle the internals such that the old cartridge remains are ejected, a new shell is loaded, and the gun is re-set for firing again (hence, semi-auto, if you pull the trigger, bullet come out.), this however, can often fail, leading to jamming and misfire, but that's easily solved by simply racking the shotgun again (most of the time at least). outside of semi-auto mode, every round has to be racked singularly, but it also allows for fun actions like loading a breeching charge, tear gas, bean bag or slug round into a SPAS that already has a partially full clip, without removing any of the other ammo, just shove it in and rack it up. as far as gun calibers are concerned, you are correct: for example, .300 blackout, the ammunition commonly used in American M4 IS a 7.62 bullet, they're the same size. but that's not to say they're EXACTLY the same. if you were to put a .300 blackout in an AK47 for example... it'd fire, but the increased power and gas released may cause the gun to fall apart in your hands in worst case, and at best it'd spray hot gas in your face. single stack on a magazine means its one bullet in a line, double stack means it zig-zags left and right, in two stacks. generally speaking a double stack mag will be twice as big as a single stack. (kinda obvious XD)
@Luperoi2 жыл бұрын
That helped me a lot ^^ it's kinda hard to understand those stuff whrn english is not you first language!! tks brh
@xaroxero2 жыл бұрын
Side note: .300 blackout isn't that common. It's more common in the Special Forces universe or with suppressor enthusiasts, but good old 5.56x45mm is the most common ammo an M4 or M16 will use. In the civilian use AR15, you'll see them typically chambered in .223 OR 5.56 which are virtually identical to the naked eye, but a rifle chambered in .223 shouldn't be used to fire 5.56 while the 5.56 can easily and safely fire .223. This was later solved with the creation of the .223 Wylde chambering which fires both calibers equally well. In case you're curious about the difference between .223 Remington and 5.56x45mm (NATO): It's all in the rifle. Rifles chambered in .223 Rem have a different internal configuration that's tailored to seat the round closer to the rifling with a steeper internal angle. This results in a more accurate rifle overall, but is geared for a lower pressure (comparatively) round. Using 5.56 in a .223 rifle will typically be OK once or twice but it's a higher pressure than the rifle is designed to handle and can damage your gun. 5.56 chamberings can run .223 ammo but it won't be as accurate as a .223 rifle shooting .223, although this is only important in long distance (>300m) shooting.

That is not the definition of semi-auto, and I wish people would stop saying stuff like that.
@zantanzuken2 жыл бұрын
@@lmfao5411 go ahead and give us your definition then?
@lmfao54112 жыл бұрын
@@zantanzuken It's not _my_ definition, it's _the_ definition. Semi-auto refers to very specific types of mechanical functions. It's not 'one pull of the trigger, one bullet gets shot', which I see people say far too often. If that were the case, revolvers and multi-barreled/chambered weapons would be considered semi-autos, which they're not. The definition of semi-automatic is through the action of firing, the energy of the cartridge is utilized in one way or another to initiate a mechanical action, which ejects the empty cartridge and then also puts a new full cartridge into the chamber. Subsequently, the definition of fully automatic means this action continues while the trigger is being held down. Go figure.

Bossa Nova does not mean "barefoot". The tell is that nova means new. Bossa comes from the French Bosse meaning "hump". However, it has a slang meaning in Portuguese of meaning something along the lines of "trendy". So it more accurately would translate to "new wave" or "new trend", which would make sense because it is a new trend of Ssmba.

I played this game off and on for a while before I found AA, but now that I've started watching his videos I've gotten back into it, and I think I might know something that he doesn't seem to about the game. :o In the V menu in cars, if you go to "lightbar" and turn the siren on, it has a much further sound radius than the horn and can draw hordes of zombies seemingly out of thin air. Just a tip for future gun-store endeavors. P.S. One of the siren options is Ride of the Valkyries.

Your body builds muscle when you exercise and eat enough calories. Preferably protein first around at least 20-30% of your total calorie intake and the rest can be carbs and fat in any order you prefer. Its honestly really hard to eat mostly protein. Once you have muscle you dont need as much protein to keep it as you did to gain it as long as your calorie intake is decent. But if youre trying to build muscle then you need to up the protein.
