Looks like the diffs are pretty strong in these. I’m impressed with em. The locker is a nice touch

I do like those locker plates they use in there, simple and quick but easy to change over in the future if you wanted to. No worries the front is the same as the rear so showing one should get folks through it if they had questions or got stuck. I am looking forward to the rest of the build!

Nice build Brent. I would have liked it more, if Tamiya had putted the grub screw lock into the diffs. Now it's a big job if they might be changed.

We use Panasonic screwdrivers at my second job to build the delay boxes. I’m getting one for the RC room this year. They have slipper clutches so you don’t over torque screws.

I didn’t do the lock diffs or the low gear set up I have to tare it down and change this g500 and make it a trail truck .

It’s almost 2024, you’d think Tamiya could do away with e clips

The book only shows rear lockers what’s the benefit of locking both axles ?
