Generics are not the same. As a Claritin-D user I know there's a huge difference.

Don't know why, but Advil works so much better for me, and more quickly, than plain ibuprofen.

Sorry, Doc… Advil is superior to the generic. Yes, the dosage is the same BUT The coating on the name brand Advil, is FAR FAR superior, and seriously mitigates stomach discomfort compared to generic.

In my experience the liquid gel ibuprofen works faster than tablets. But the Costo liquid gels work just as well as the Advil liquid gels. I typically take the liquid gels on an empty stomach.

I take Aleve Get for sever arthritis in my knees. Seems to work better for me as well. Also on an empty stomach.

Advil dual action because it uses advil and Tylenol together and makes it last longer and help pain better. Aleve last longer but is worse on ur stomach I heard

I found this online. "If you're over 65, ibuprofen can make you more likely to get stomach ulcers. Your doctor will prescribe you a medicine to protect your stomach if you're taking ibuprofen for a long-term condition."
