Advocate Malesela Teffo Court appearance: 27 May 2022

Advocate Malesela Teffo, defence attorney in the Senzo Meyiwa matter, will be facing his own legal battles in court this morning.
He was arrested dramatically as the Meyiwa trial concluded last month.
Teffo was arrested for contempt of court for failing to appear at the Hillbrow Magistrate's court.
He is facing charges of allegedly assaulting a female police officer and violating a court order barring him from entering the police headquarters in Johannesburg.

The issue here is, the attorney is in articulate, it maybe English. But I like his passion and stoicism in pursuit of the elusive justice.

Bramdaw doubles the bail amount set by the State: this is reprehensible. This presiding officer can never be objective or unbiased. His prejudice against Adv Teffo is tangible nd palpable.
