ఎప్పుడు ఎప్పుడు ఎంత ఆలస్యంగా దాంపత్యాన్ని విడగొడదామా అనే అత్రుత న్యాయ వ్యవస్థ లో ఉన్న వారికి చాలా చాలా ఉంది. అలా చేస్తేనే రెండు వైపుల నుండి మంచిగా డబ్బు పిండుకోవచ్చు కదా... ఒక కోర్టుకు వచ్చి అది తేలే లోపే రెండువైపులా ఇళ్ళల్లో కొందరు వైకుంఠం, కొందరు కైలాసం..... ఇలా ఎక్కడికి వెళ్ళాలని ఉందో అక్కడికి వెళుతున్నారు. అడిగే వాళ్ళు ఎవరూ లేరని న్యాయ వ్యవస్థ లోని వ్యక్తులు నిస్సిగ్గుగా వ్యవహరిస్తున్నారు.... ఆ పై కోర్టు ఆ పై కోర్టు లకి అందురూ వేళ్ళలేరు.... ఇది అలుసుగా తీసుకొని న్యాయమూర్తులతో న్యాయవాదులు కొందురు మిలాకత్ అయి న్యాయ దేవత కు తీరని ద్రోహం చేస్తున్నారు. డబ్బు సంపాదించడానికి అనేక చట్టబద్దమైన మార్గాలు ఉన్నాయి. ఐనా నల్లకోటు మాటున జరుగుతున్న ఘోరకలి పరాయిపాలకుల నిరంకుశత్వం కన్నా, రాక్షసత్వం కన్నా భయంకరముగా ఉన్నది. వాళ్ళు విడిపోయి కోర్టుకు వేస్తారు. చేతనైతే కలపాలి. కోర్టు ప్రత్యేకంగా విడగట్టుట ఎందీ? పెళ్ళప్పుడు ఇద్దరి ఇష్టం... విడిపోయెటప్పుడేమో కౄయల్టి అని తప్పుడు కూత కూసి ఒకరి ఇష్టం.... నిజం నిగ్గు తేలాలి అంటే క్రింది కోర్టులలో లైవ్ ట్రైల్ వీడియో రికార్డింగ్ చేయ్యాలి.... దోషులు దంపతులా.... న్యాయ వాదులా...... న్యాయ మూర్తులా..... తెలుతుంది.

Madame, I have great respect for institution of marriage. I am 66 years old. In the recent past I have listened some of the comments. The girl wanted to stay away. She do not want the husband / boy not to keep in touch with his parents. If she also follows the same guidelines, it is understood for their choice of privacy. But the girl wanted to maintain all contacts with her parent's side. Including the girl's parents wrongly guides the girl. Divorce విషయం లో మన ఇండియన్ కోర్టులు చాలా వెనుకబడి ఉన్నాయి. చాల విదేశాల్లో కపుల్ లో ఏ ఒక్కరైనా విడాకులు కావాల ని కోర్టు కు వెళితే మూడు నెలల్లో కోర్టులు విడాకులు ఇచ్చేస్తారు...డ్రాగ్ చెయ్యరు. నాకు తెలిసిన ఒక కేసు లో 30 ఏళ్లకు కూడా ఇండియా లో డివోర్స్ రాలేదు. 5 ఏళ్ల తరువాత భర్త మరో అమ్మాయిని illegal గా పెళ్లి చేసుకున్నాడు, ఆ రెండవ భార్య క్యాన్సర్ తో 15 ఏళ్ల తరువాత చనిపోతే మరో 5 ఏళ్ల తరువాత మూడో పెళ్లి ( again illegal) చేసుకున్నాడు..ఇన్నేళ్ళు డివోర్స్ కేసు నడుస్తూనే ఉంది. మూడో పెళ్లి అయిన 10 ఏళ్ల తరువాత మొదటి భార్య హార్ట్ ఎటాక్ తో చనిపోయింది... నేచురల్ డివోర్స్ ...లేదా దేవుడిచ్చిన డివోర్స్ వచ్చింది..ఆవిడ చనిపోయిన నెల తరువాత ఆ భర్త ఆ మూడో భార్యనే మరో సారి లీగల్ గా పెళ్లి చేసుకొని హాయి గా కాపురం చేసుకుంటున్నాడు ఇప్పుడు.

Now a days Love-marriages are increasing. If a boy or girl enters into love affairs say in college days and the marraige tooks place after both of them got job and settles down, normally it takes around 5 to 7 years. In the mean time the young age is passed on only with telephonic talks etc. In this course of action several discussions, dialogues, oral disputes , conflicts, compromises takes place. At that time neither the boy nor girl will not prefer fresh approach for a new choice. Neither they accept parent's choice. Hence by the time institution of marriage takes place in their cases, the charm of marriage institution diminishes. It begins with compromises, routine type of arguments, discussions and deliberations. this is the basic difference of yester years and present periods institution of marriages. Good morning madam నా మీద సెక్షన్ 498A, Dowry protection act 3 and 4, DVC case(all sections cover under this act), Section 323 లాంటి కేసులు అన్నీ నా వైఫ్ register చేశారు. అవి అన్నీ కోర్టులో examination, counter దశ లో ఉన్నాయి. ఈ లోగా MC కేసు వేశారు. దానిని లోక్ అదలత్ ద్వారా ప్రతి నెలా భరణం చెల్లిస్తున్నాను. ఇప్పుడు నేను divorce case వేస్తే నాకు divorce వస్తాయా? నా భార్య నాకు divorce ఇవ్వను అంటుంది. సలహా చెప్పగలరు.
