Guys really informative video. Please make a separate video on revised water and property tax in Chennai. Due to the revised tax, my landlord has increased the rent. Please tell us on what basis or parameters a house property tax is fixed. Mention with a example. My landlord has increased the house rent from 7500 to 11000 stating that the tax has been revised by the government. I don't have any knowledge tax for the property. Please help!
