the drivers for windows do not work, I try all the versions, restart the pc, connect the phone to the usb 2.0 with all the methods (press the volume button). My Pc can't see the phone. the Qualcomm HS-USB does not appear, and therefore I cannot go further. My phone never turns on, it arrives either on the dumb qualcom crash, or with a volume up button start, I arrive on a boot menu.

Tbh the moment you face qualcom crashdump .. consider your phone to be dead.. even if you get it repaired once.. it will get into the crashdump mode again.. my OnePlus got into crashdump mode .. i got it fixed .. but within few days it crashed again.. the end solution is to change your phone that's it.. i changed from OnePlus 6 to Nord now..

Hi Ujjwal, Thanku for the video. Followed all the steps, everything went well but at the end after MSM COM3 download complete, mobile is again turned into Crashdump Mode instead of rebooting as u have shown. Please advice on this

Ujjaval bro, please reply if possible. I'm using a 6t on oos 10 because oos11 is very crappy, atleast on my device. So I've been thinking of going for a custom rom but I'm not sure which one would be stable, secure and usable for next 6-9 months. What would you suggest? Should I try a custom rom or stay with oos 10?

In my case all goes well, until it has to start rebooting (after green light goes Off), but then again the crash dump mode comes up, instead of rebooting...

try this method if that dont work then go to some local repair shop and ask for ic reballing it will cost almost 2 to 3k only.
