Not sure I'm comfortable with that. It's not my design. I might design something similar. 0.1CC is a tough build as far as getting the piston / cylinder fit correct. Just getting it started isn't easy. Something .25-.33cc is much easier.

Two stroke. Engines are 2 or 4 stroke.

There are likely some markings on it. Search for those. There are many modeling sites and forums to find information about engines.
