It’s cool you’re taking free diving classes, aellijon. There’s not a lot of people I personally knew of that are into free diving or are taking classes like you. It actually seems like you’re going out of your way to get out of your own comfort zone and trying out new things. Best of luck to you always.

Like many others have said, this series of vlogs is much appreciated. I like the practical simple yet tasty cooking, and the peaceful vibes - even though you also get so much done! Getting outside to try new things is always a good idea. Relate sa presyo, sa akin naman sa presyo ng mga biscuits ngayon. You can use a mixer for the cream of graham for thickness :) dip first the crackers so it will be soft too.

im so happy u did freediving! ive tried freediving myself, and i can give u a few tips: - don't panic or worry onc eu get in the water. condition yourself for heavy swimming activities! - when u feel the pressure in ur ears, blow ur nose as if you are blowing "sipon"out from your nose AHAHA until u feel ur ears pop, it helps u stay underwater longer! - don't push yourself to go deeper if you feel lightheaded. stay hydrated and make sure you aren't dizzy beforehand. - do some stretching before swimming, put toothpaste on your snorkling goggles to prevent fogging - u can meditate on water before swimming so u can get used to the depth and the feeling of the water - and last of all, have fun po! more practice can help u dive deeper, and u will enjoy swimming around and gliding along with the corals and fishes! love from Ilocos Norte
