hi, you can actually stir fry the beefsteak for 2 to 3 minutes only, until it changed color, then its ready to serve. it is more softer than being boiled for soo long.

I was shocked to see it cooked for so long especially sliced so thin, must have been very tough after - I've heard in some Asian countries they overcook meat because they think that red parts and myoglobin is 'blood' and therefore uncooked

Hope you still find this comment coz I've been binge-watching your vlogs.. if you're familiar with the prices of the goods you're buying, you might wanna try buying from your local wet market (palengke).. some items can be a lot more cheaper and you'll find a lot of fresh varieties like fish and veggies.. might help you save more money too :)

3:39 Ate I have a suggestion, If there's a local market or a small stall selling vegetables near you, you can go buy it from them instead. Supermarket prices are ridiculous and you can find the same thing in local markets for a fair price.

Actually if you want a vegetables that are fresh and cheap you can buy directly at the market. The prices in the market are much more cheaper compared to the grocery stores or malls.
