@@asp5399 His fate was sealed when he left Kingslanding unguarded and made way to Harrenhal, he should never have burned his brother and additionally should have brought in his younger brother and his dragon to the capital in that way the Blacks would not attack the capital with their dragonseeds.

I hope that Aemond's character will be given more attention in the film. In my opinion, what made Aemond a violent character was the very bad behavior of his nephews when he was a child. If you make a mistake, expect the consequences in the future. Aemond's hatred and anger has a logical source and Aemond cannot be considered a devil by nature.

Lol he is the reason they lose basically. He is a good fighter but a terrible tactician with a poor understanding of battle strategy. Both sides lose in the end but the blacks technically win as Rhenaryas son becomes king. Alicient dies in her tower prison. All her children dead and Rhayneryas son sitting on the throne.

He may have been young and lack experience but he was pretty good in strategy.Here Aemond showed it well if his plan were taken seriously the greens would have won the war. It was a pity that both Aemond and Demond were not first born but they were the most deserving candidates for the Iron Throne.

Bruh, imagine being so full of yourself that even after hearing that the king summoned someone you try and shut that down. YOU put Aegon on the throne, he knows how much power that grants him. Why act surprised when he uses that power to override you loool. "I'm his mom" doesn't work when his whole life you've only groomed him to be king and not cared about his well-being outside that.
