I can see why players quit this game. No other video game I know of has the developers constantly changing the rules, moving the goal posts, or just straight up lying to the players w/their bait & switch tactics. I have been playing since mid-2019 so I have a pretty deep bench, but I can't imagine trying to get Master Talents if I was a newer player. There's no way you could begin to have enough on your bench to complete it. I was just lucky in that one of my goals from the very beginning was to have a legendary roster of every character class in every color so by the time these came up I can complete them all, but I have to imagine many players would struggle. Ultimately when I started playing I had about 10 goals I wanted to accomplish then retire from the game, and I have completed 9 of them. I expect a year from now I won't be playing ever again. BTW, don't bother w/any of the tower events. They only exist to get you using up all you battle items for paltry loot. I quit doing them years ago. You can get by just fine if you ignore them.

increase summon odds - for sure, agree with this. I have played regularly for years and its crazy how small the odds have gotten. I have played every single Goblin Stage without missing a single one, gotten every single free Goblin coin from the daily gifts and have used up every Goblin Coin I possibly could so far and have yet to pull a Goblin. Everyone else in the meta appears to have multiple Goblins. But this goes to show that F2P makes it impossible to compete in the higher levels Maybe a slightly sillier request and maybe this means less to everyone else, but not to me, is to stop with the silly childish art for the heroes. Many of the seasonal heroes are just too silly and even the new gargoyles feel the same way. I enjoy E&P for its art too. Many heroes of the golden era and still many today have a certain aesthetic to them, one I can appreciate. Theres a glory to them. But now, many of the newer heroes just do not carry that weight

Agree with a bunch here, for me the most important are: 1. Legendary power creep - We all know how new legendary heroes feel like they´re 6-stars now with amount of damage or health applied, 3 or more passive effects, etc. This is not the same for rare or epic heroes where power creep feels natural and some old heroes are still usable. 2. Costume imbalance - S1 heroes get all the costumes but no 2nd costume for Atlantis or Valhalla at this point? Also heroes from different events have different costume stat bonus, again unsuccesfully trying to fix the power creep. 3. No alliance trade - I wish trading ascension materials, emblems, heroes, troops, etc. was a thing within alliances and I think it would go a long way in terms of strenghtening community and reduce the struggles of new players. BTW trading of items of equal status would be enough imo. 4. Seasonal Portals - Why are there still S1 heroes in other season portals? I've heard or read somewhere that SG thinks "they're supposed to be the core of the game" and that's the justification for them being in most portals somehow, well if that's supposed to be the core then they shouldn't be obsolete without their costumes. 5. Innovation - There's very little creativity when it comes to game modes for the amount of time the game has been around, in this front we've gotten War of 3 Kingdoms, Monster Island and Hero League, and they all feel like they need to be tweaked further in order to be balanced in mathmaking and rewards. War is the same it has been for a long time, same with tournaments. 6. Event rotation - It looks very intentional when some events come 2 or 3 times a monts (goblins and astral elves) while some are forgotten for over a month. I've never played anything related to mighty pets, covenant has been missing for at least 2 months (the portal keeps coming tho), ninja, magic and styx towers are also forgotten (brough magic tower once to appease us) and now the challenge event rotation seems to be fixed between Clash of knights - Return to Sanctuary - Opera.

Increase the summons odds. Don't offer heroes w/ costumes without the costume. However this will fall on deaf ears. Zynga had already ran 11 games into the ground thus far. They're m.o is bleed it dry then when you've gotten every drop you can get end it. Longevity and the long haul they have no concept of

Ive been saying this for awhile now! Every pull should come with every costume available in every portal...there is no reason why it needs to be the way it is. Also, when a new costume is released anyone with that hero should AUTO get it. There is no reason why we should have to pull said hero AGAIN just for a costume, especially when the pull odds are SH*T

Even if you got a fast speed healer, you still find yourself don't have enough tilt to heal all the time, obviously they set a program to slow down your healing.

For me 2 things should change 1st: introduce an extra change in each season that you can farm coins. Cause once you are done with the sotry, you cant maka any more summons to that banner. Make it cost 10 energy per replay and give us 5 coins each time 2nd: Introduce a free to play feauture. The AWAKENING of classic heroes ONLY, not their costumes. Make it a story mode, when past a certain point the classic 4* and 5* heroes get a MASSIVE stat boost and an extra ability in the form of a passive. example: Azlar new passive -> casts -35% defense down to all enemies before skill. Every time an enemy burns this hero receives 5% HP and mana

@13:41 Zynga won’t care as long as people still spending money. The players cannot care more than the devs. I stopped playing when the red flags were becoming too obvious, such as the bait and switch tactic, and it looks like they’re still doing just that.

What is a shame are all of the things I do like about this game is hurt by the developers greed and lack of care of it's players. The artwork is great, I like the deep research into the heroes like seeing obscure historical characters from fiction, history and mythology. I like the game play feel and it's really one of my favorite cell phone games ever. Clash Of Clans has much more inventive ways of micro transactions that include them in game play and does not need to spam the player with pop ups that can turn off starting players. This is a great game that is being hurt by bad decisions, it would be a shame that it dies because of this.

The power creep is one of the largest points of contention. Heroes that are super outclassed by stats and skills, they overpowered newer heroes way too much too fast, a slight increase in stats or not even any increase in stats would be okay, but the constant rebalance and inadequate buffs to old heroes that many older players have spent the time and resources leveling, mean nothing because the newer hereoes still out-power the "newly buffed" ones. Toons are way too overpowered, if one Vivica toon can wipe out a Mono Purple attack team because her health and defence are so high, there is something wrong.

Agree with most of it. Increase summon odds. You should be able to easly pick some of your fav heroes. Finishing season maps should allow you to pick one of its heroes. You should be able to purchase costumes with gems (gems cost would lower when they get older). Power creep is needed but right now its out of control. There are not too many heroes. Variety is great for such a game, and you don't have to get all the heroes to play it. For me right now the number of passives and triggered effects is worse - you cannot move a tile knowing all the effects that will come allong. Buildings as alchemy lab and HA should be updated since they froze in time a long ago. Do not agree with analisys on events. The game has a very wide group of players, from newer and basic to advanced, and events must offer chalange to all of them. Being able to finish them is a proof of your grouth as player. Agree that return to sanctuary is too much dificult regarding all other events and that no event should be longer than the base energy that the game gives you to complete it. Loot should be revised Bad tile theory for me is not true. Everybody complains of a bad board but no one talks when the board gives you the victory after the first move... if you played other match 3 puzzles games you know that it happens on all of them. Remember that this game is a biz and spenders will allways have the edge over other players. It is just fair, and it aplies to everything in life. I'm a VC2P myself. Think this all. Hope you find my coment and ideas interesting. Really love your videos and your work, and this one is for one of your best yet. Keep it up.

Hey man! Thank you for sharing your thoughts about my video content. However, there is a point that I would like to correct. Regarding tiles, I find that games like Call of Antia, provide the best boards compared to any Match 3 RPG. You can bring 5 heroes with the same element, but you still get the best board. However, for the most part I agree with your statement, because it is true. 😃👍

Three things that annoy me: 1) I get a hero but then a new costume comes out. Instead of just giving it to us, we need to pull for the costume on the same player we got previously. 2) When I purchase a package with "free" summons that comes with gems.....those "free" summons seem to NEVER result in a legendary hero, just feeders. 3) More heroes yet lower summon odds? Pure and simple BS.

What I hate the most is... If you no use for example water heroes then you shouldn't get water puzzles or this water puzzles totally shoudn't give energy for ultimates. And second thing Healers are so annoying even on clan war. You have weak team enemy only left 1 hero (healer) you can't kill him and you only give him free hp

This game was clearly designed to be drawn out. Building takes years. You can't be a new player and expect to complete everything in the game. Secondly, I f we chose to mix with alliances where account gaps are huge, why complaing if war is hard, stay in your lame and you'd be more competitive at your level. Lastly, I played mono when Bane was my strongest character, that's the phase of development where I depended on that not mid or late game, it's a noobs tool.

Increase the summoning. It took me 2 years just to upgrade my Xia bunny and she's not that strong. I'm struggling with this game and my Alliance has all stopped playing. I'm basically by myself struggling to fight 1 and 2 * bosses.

They definitely need to stop nerfing the heroes, give everyone equal opportunity for tiles on the game boards, increase the summoning odds and also cut down on the adds popping up on us. The game would be much more enjoyable that way and also if war and tournament matchmaking was a little more fair than it has been would also be great.

But yeah, i totally agree with all 5 of those. The devs are so money hungry that i dont see them improving either. Its sad, really... I have been saying that the summon odds are WAY too low for quite some time now. Decreasing the odds doesnt make players spend more money, it makes players stop summoning. Anything under 1% is absolutely ridiculous. 0.1%, 0.4% and 0.5% is so abysmal you can summon 100+ times and never pull a featured hero....or even a 5*(that isnt a crappy classic hero). I also love the game, and i am on it WAY too much, but idk how much more i can take with this BS. Its a complete joke when you are going against teams that literally 1 shot your NEW, completely maxed 5* heroes. I will be using a team with 6800+ power 25 emblems on 3 of them and pepperflame or pophit will wipe them out easily. They definitely need a huge nerf. There is no reason why they are fast speed and completely wipe out a team alone....

The most f.ucking thing in this game besides the constant release of new champions is the game's ratio system at battle I have played this game for 5 years án I’m not a fool for ignoring it, it means every chance of talent, buff of Wwukong, chance of revive… is much reduce in attack team , In contrast to the defensive team, the rate of receiving buffs is increased excessively, this is really so unfair If my memory is right, I used Loki to copy skill of Malin, and her accurate was reduce for 40%, but SHE CAN DEALED DAME TO ALL OF MY HEROES WITHOUT MISS!!! WTF IS THAT ? And then, I used Loki to copy her skill again, and he missed all taảget, and lost I can’t accept that my Wukong is all miss in some important time, meanwhile the Rouge and Fighter hero enemies and dodge and revive continuously P/S: I don’t remember the last time that my Fighter and Rouge hero active their talent, and a few minute ago, my hero active the Insane effect while the Insane point is just 5 😔😔😔

Increase the summon odds. Stop with so many overpowered new heroes. But what makes me mad is how hard it's become to find ascention materials. Still playing the game, but on the point of giving up.

I will give my 5 top. 1. Unbalanced stats power creep. The difference in power between old or new is huge. In the past 2 years, everyone's bag of heroes got devalued to dust with all the new heroes that have been released. Solution? Nerf new/buff old stats until all 5* heroes have comparable stats within like a 10% difference. (Sum atk + def + hp should be on par on all heroes of the same rarity). 2. Rework or nerf certain skills or passives. Especially the toon passive. 75% of denying any effect while having the biggest stats in the game makes toons absolutely broken in defense. There is also a problem with how decisive the specials of new heroes are. Too many heroes that end the game with one shot of their special. This is bad game design that puts even more pressure on the starting board. You either have the tiles, or u lose in 5 moves. Basically the outcome is 95% decided on the starting board which makes players feel like they dont control anything. Sure way to frustrate people. 3. Find solutions to remove exploitive gameplay, like Elrang and all the other many heroes that punish in clense war. 4. Absolutely 'not' random tile distribution. Regardless of what anyone says, the board isnt random. Everytime they put the mono raid quest in POV, i end up using 2-3 flasks just for a win. Always like 2-4 tiles of the needed color. 4. Toxic commercial strategy. Instead of buffing an old hero, they are reselling them by the use of costumes. I cannot state how evil this is. 5. High cost of maxing a hero. Considering how many heroes they are pumping in the game, and how short lived they are now, it takes way too many resources to max anything. 6(bonus). 5* troops are hideous. The 40% hp increase is so damn awful. You need exclusively new heroes that deal like 450% to 3 to actually kill anything with your 3 killstack.

Same old story Your channel is starting to look like Anchors and Lion Roars, Jackyl's and every other E&P player that quited. Lion roar tried to fix things and greedy developers just use all his ideas to get more revenue. You are sponsored by Raid Shadow legends and you make content for Empires and Puzzles. Just like Ancor did! Oh another thing, I remember the time when Jackyl and Hyde aka Empires and puzzles books was active. He had most positive aditute for game. He was second highest level in game. He quited on lvl 187 or 189. And he had an army of heroes and matching troops. Only way to win rigged game is - not to play! Oh and final thought from old gamer (Royal rumble or Sonic on Sega Mega Drive II) gamer. When Zynga buy's game - game will be unplayable and before you know it - dead!!! This is my third game that's been killed by zynga.

Yeah man, sometimes I feel the same way about other content creators. I'm even sad to hear and watch many of them leave this game. And indeed this is all because developers don't care about the health of their community and games. So yeah, maybe what you say will happen, sooner or later. But until then, stay strong! 🔥🔥💪

They really need to change things. It's getting out of control. I like the game but I might have to stop playing because of how out of hand they're greed is getting. I have played for years and they are releasing heros that can wipe out my best team in one shot. It's not even fun anymore

I broke 2 phone's from frustration just playing this game!!!! Some events are very difficult,I spent a lot of time and stres and when I finally get enough coins for summoning,I got a 3 star hero from season 1 !!!! What the f...?!?!?! Sanctuary of gargoyles was brutal !!!! I have a ton of complaints for this game and I'm very close to just delete this game and move on!!!

They are spending all this time on new heroes, events and greed tactics, and the new talent master grids (screw you very much), but not ONE WORD on where limit break 3 & 4 are and what that might even entail. Aethers are near impossible to get even for the 2nd tier for what we have now, can't wait to see how the greed value will rear its ugly head when/if 3/4 comes out. The ads when you first sign in.... yeah, ok, but FFS, even again AFTER you come out of a raid, war, or titan battle... give me a break. I spend very little. Vote with your wallet.

Bout to move to another Game only People getting new heros is top 10 teams and the Summon Odds are Complete Trash as of Late. DID almost 600 summons and only 5 Star they Spitting out is Season 1 Crap so if your Not Top 10 New Heros aren't in Your Summon Line SO NOT SPENDING ANYMORE ON A NOW RIGGED GAME!!!!!
