If that is a double star I would definitely do it I love aerial Silks and I would love if you had tips for more grip strength

Try squeezing a tennis ball….it sounds weird but try it might work! Or you can just build grip strength by climbing up and doing tricks❤

I would love to, but my aerial gym hasn’t opened yet and the silks I have at home are over a hard surface and I haven’t gotten a mat yet

If you have an old mattress you can use that as a mat or a thick yoga mat❤

Find a studio nearby you or if theres nothing closeby then look into getting a home set up
