The cloud and tifa thing made my jaw drop, but this made me Stoopid grin with the cuteness. They are really giving fan service in rebirth. This is just so sweet. Aerith's theme at the start and then a gorgeous version of interrupted by fireworks which was written for Cloud and Aerith. How shy he is around her and how her relentless sweet and curious, playful nature breaks down his walls as always. ❤🎉

Ohh, this is interesting. I didn't get the Cloud and her holding hand part in this scene (I'm guessing her intimacy has to be maxed out in order to get that part).

I feel like his interlaced handholding is Cloud’s way of saying, I see you romantically too and still respecting Zack since that isn’t fully cleared up for him, since Tifa said let me tell her and then both girls have not told Cloud about it, kinda a bummer. Whereas with Tifa there is no hesitancy since there is no other man in the picture he can freely kiss her. There is love in his heart for both whomever the player chooses. We just have to pray holy Cloud doesn’t loose what’s most precious to him. 🌏 ☄️

To me, this will always be the definitive romance between the other party members. Cloud admired zack and Sephiroth so it makes sense that cloud has both of their personalities combined (pre nibelheim) due to him being injected with jenova cells which allows the patient to imitate what they desire most

I am not sure the title is correct. I know they altered the lines in this scene slightly, by dropping the "I want to be with the real you" (Something like that) with Aerith. But it is still conveyed here. It was Zack she saw at first in Cloud....but know she knows that is just a facade. She wants to meet the "true" Cloud. I think she also knows her time is short. It comes off to me as more than just wanting to be with Cloud. She is holding on to Zack, and Cloud is as close as that gets. But she also truly does care for Cloud. And she knows he is missing from 5 years ago. (Tifa tells her that) and that he is got a lot of things wrong. She might even be able to feel Sephiroths manipulation of Cloud. This has been a very powerful game. Parts that hit in the older one were taken to a much higher level in this version. Dyne got me hella hard this time around. Shit President Shinra talking to them after the parade got me a lil bit. Young Aerith going and trying to find a doctor for her mother, and then the tears when her mother passes. That was vicious.
