I am a 24 year old (engineer)... who came to KZfaq to refresh my memory on anaerobic respiration (after seeing the term in my fitness band) and I must say..I thoroughly enjoyed this knowledge packed video 😊 Also when you said "our syllabus hasn't caught up with that yet😂

I have a doubt. If the energy released in anaerobic respiration is very less than how are muscles get enough energy..

Anaerobic respiration takes shorter time to produce energy than aerobic respiration. So we can get ATPs at a faster rate. Moreover, ATPs cannot be stored. They are made only when they are required and are broken down as soon as they are made.
