37:32 I believe those buses (bodywork) are built by Gemilang factory in Johor and are awaiting movement to Singapore port before delivering to America

Hi, i suggest you can go to kota bharu by bus e-mutiara from jb larkin. The bus start from now use Longer Bus Double Deck with 13.5 m with toilet. You can do a review on it later.

For JB-KB I will almost always take the train though, since there is a proper train service.

I don't understand your question fully. As there is no WiFi on board the bus, just treat it as a regular outdoor area using your existing phone. Additional costs such as roaming are up to you.
