www.apogeerock... This is a short introduction and launch video of the Arreauxbee-Hi model rocket kit from Aerotech. The rocket is great if you want to fly off a mid-power launch pad. It uses 29mm diameter rocket engines in the F and G size. Get more information about the kit from our website.

This comes with the "pot scrubber" ejection baffle which may be responsible for a lawn dart landing on its second flight. The motor ejection charge did not separate the payload section and the parachute could not deploy. I rebuilt it without the pot scrubber, and have had three good flights since.

You are supposed to stretch it out all the way, perhaps you didn’t do that?

It is horribly sad to see so few likes for such quality programming. Is model rocketry just not that popular anymore? Something needs to be done. People need to reach out to schools, parks and recreation, and even local hobby stores to build more representation. When I drive around I have to struggle to find a place to buy model rocket Kits. That struggle is how I found apogee components and I’m glad I did. It is sad to see something that was once so popular now fallen to the wayside especially with the excitement of SpaceX.

I think Rocketry is slowly growing. There are more people in the National Association of Rocketry now than ever before. It just isn't in the stores anymore because the stores themselves are dying. The internet killed them. But don't let that discourage you. We're alive and well at Apogee, and we're ready to fulfill your rocketry needs.

I want to get started into mid power model rocketry. I also want to get an Aerotech because I hear that they have excellent quality and spend a lot of time and money designing their products. I am considering the Arreauxbee-hi. Would this be a good “beginner” mid power rocket? if not, what would be a good kit from aerotech?

Does this kit have everything included for it to fly, or does it need extra components?

What is going on KZfaq? Tim has educated more kids and adults on rocket science than most science teachers. Please reconsider monetizing his channel again.
