Before dancing, make sure to warm up first, because this dance uses a lot of leg movements, it might hurt your knee or your thigh, so make sure to WARM UP

@@sx.pistols Here are some simple points to be able to do the leg drop part: • Your right leg has to freely slide. To make it a faster drop. • Your left leg has to be bent • While doing the leg shift part, make sure to be slow and then drop into the position • Wear socks or shoes that easily slide to make it easier • While shifting, turn your head a whole round • Keep in mind the beats and dance accordingly • 💕Happy dancing 💕

Just make your right leg slide. I recommend wearing socks or shoes that easily slide. I can't practice that move at the moment because I got a cut on the side of my foot that has to slide on the ground 😔. But it's OK! You can do it!!

Trick to learning dances: 1. Stretch! Get your body comfy before dancing. 2. Slow it down! If you gradually speed it up as you go, it will make it way easier and you’ll catch some small movements that make your dancing better. 3. Watch it first! If you think you can do it, and you want to try, then you should watch it to see all of the key parts that will be important. 4. Have confidence! Confidence is the key to improving.

I just learned the dance yesterday and now I wish I had warmed up. My neck hurts so bad from the head spins at the end of the dance that I was lightheaded by the time I was done. And in school I had my head down on the desk almost every class. From now on I'm always gonna stretch 👀

one tip for the ppl learning this choreo is that when u reach the part of falling down to the floor, first watch their movements at a slow pace try to do it slowly and get used to the speed...this will help u in not twisting ur ankle

you should write 2:28 as dance break so you can also focus and learn the dance break which makes the learning dance easier yoo and not as last chorus and 2:40 as last chorus /end hope it helps.

Maybe somethings wrong with me but I found this dance very easy. Like I learned this faster then I learned Twice’s TT and I didn’t know it was possible to learn a dance faster then that

i posted this under a comment before, and i see people still arent taking the initiative to stretch, so i shall repost: yall need to seriously start warming up before doing dances like this. whilst some of you may be fine and wont injure yourself now, it's EXTREMELY important to do stretching and warm ups before doing any kind of dancing (whether it be easy and basic or intermediate and requires a lot of movement). especially a dance that requires positioning your body in awkward angles and stretches out your joints. i've been dancing since a young age (around 7-8 years old, i'm 22 now and still dance to this day) and i would always forget to do even the most basic stretches, which caused me to get more stressed joints (in my legs behind my knees and pelvic area the most) later on. not stretching at all or doing warm ups ESPECIALLY for a dance that involves stretching and awkward angles, as mentioned before, can really put a strain on your body later on. some people have gotten leg injuries, pulled muscles, and so much more due to not stretching FOR THIS SPECIFIC DANCE and plenty of others. please please PLEASE remember to stretch for your own body's well being

You should try it without music, trying to do the steps yourself and if you have a mirror, practice with the mirror! It helps a lot trust me ❤️

The way I convinced myself to learn this dance was casually dropping inot a lunge trying to find a pan at the bottem of the storage thinking.. “I think I can do this i know I have some flexibility” then proceeded to drop into that position 😭

Just a heads up for ppl learning this! If you just look at the chorus (00:45 - 00:46) briefly then you’d think that they only have their toes on the floor and focusing their weight on their knee and leaning forward but no, actually if you look closely you’ll see that the whole foot is in the floor. I know it might seem a lot more difficult at first but it’s really not if you focus your weight on your (left) foot and lean backwards It takes a bit more energy but it’s the correct way to do it and at least in my opinion it’s easier to do many times in a row than the other way when u get the technique down But they do put more weight on the toes to get up for the while doing the hairflip and like thing (00:46 - 00:47) OH AND FOR THE LOVE OF GOD PLS STRETCH OR AT LEAST WARM UP AND DON’T HURT YOURSELF I’ve seen a lot of comments being like “haha I didn’t stretch omg tihi am I the only one? I’m so quirky guess I’m better than everyone else” like pls stop even if it doesn’t hurt to do it right then and there you might really hurt yourself and you’ll feel it later. You might not necessarily have to stretch every time if you’re already warm from moving but pls pls don’t do this without any type of warm up and I’m not saying you will 100% get hurt no ofc not but there’s a way bigger chance than if u don’t warm up:)))) hope this helps someone lol:)

balance your weight between your arms and legs when falling in the chorus, that must be helpful If your weight falls only in your legs, it will hurt

don't fall on yours. just kind of bounce on your heel when you do the drop. that's what i do. you don't have to listen to me. I'm not a trained dancer i have been teaching myself dance since december of 2019

i scraped my knees, have blisters on my toes and my left thigh muscles aches... and I just learned the 1st minute only.. edit: omg when I woke up the next day, my left thigh was so sore , so painful😭😭

stage outfits are the representations of the song so it's actually good that sm invests in every aspect of the music production. they are also customized to be suitable for dancing and it's expected of the artists to be able to perform while wearing heavier materials on stage

@@haanhthungo7755 sure, they do need to represent the song, and their stylists do this job. but it does not mean that those outfits fit, last stages Karina's dress was too big for her, in most of the stages at least one girl wears the shortest skirt in the world, and every time it gets shorter. for me is definitely not a definition of a customized outfit for such a strong dance
