@@Lunafreya_Nox It's the opposite actually. SM's motto is anyone who works hard can become talented. Lucas himself said that he was admitted by just doing a few poses. They scouted him for his visuals but in the end he became a good rapper and dancer by working hard. Same with Taeyong. He was scouted on the street. He even admitted he was a bad dancer and his trainer gave up on him but he worked hard and became a main dancer. Karina was an ulzzang when she was recruited. But look at her now 4 years later, she is a main dancer. SM is really a good company if you want to develop your talent.

@Yno Michealó the lyrics actually made sense if we connected them to their concept: own universe; own term(synk, flat, etc) it's like this with every SM's group. only time will tell what they were trying to pursue with the storyline of the MV. I do agree with the song though, yes it's catchy but kind of generic. I hope SM will give them killer comeback soon.

SM nailed it. 😎❤️ This debut is so nice and the song is a little darker, not the typical cutsy concept most of the girls go for, when they debut (no hating I love all kind of concept). And I'm glad the avatars didn't overshadow the girls. And omg they're so damn beautiful, they started at a very high level. They will be successful in the future ❤️

I highly doubt it... Maybe when Red Velvet disbands but unless SM changes it’s ways and focuses on international promotion more with their comebacks. There’s a chance. But SM tends to screw up :/ but I think Aespa’s concept will take them far. If they choose to continue it it would help them

Don't be so sure. I'm a SM stan and I love all their groups but remember that YG and JYP will also debut a new girlgroup so we can't be that sure plus aespa has been in lot of scandals and hate despite not even debuting yet. But I still hope that they will get mang loves from the people
