The photo was just a mirror selfie where the side of the phone was warped but no one could even figure out what she edited bc she looked exactly the same as her red carpet pics. It's assumed that she was using one of those camera apps that turns a filter on automatically (like Snow) and she forgot to turn it off or didn't notice. Not a big deal imo. There are some other idols editing their selfies until I almost can't recognize them.

Two of their member got plastic surgery but I don't see anything wrong with it since their before and after beauty is still far from us normies. I mean they did get plastic surgery like any other celebrities but its NOT massive. ningning and karina so far are the most "natural ones." karina only did smth to her jaw ( SM tradition ) she looks like the mature version of her pre debut pics ( well ofc she's an adult now. ) karina used to be a popular ulzzang back then and that's how she was scouted by sm. her classmates has mentioned several times that she was the prettiest in their class. literally off stage karina looks like 16 years old karina. giselle had jaw/chin surgery and probably nose, winter had nose surgery, so far that's only obvious. I guess you see pretty idols and immediately assume that they had massive surgery when they did only a little amount or you think that because they're popular for their "cgi beauty?" nah that's makeup. aespa without makeup looks very much humanoid.

They ALL do and im not just talking about the members, so its a bit upseting they are only picking on Winter Fansites, Photoshoots, MVs, TikToks and even some fancams....everything is soooo heavily edited. When you think about it these girls have countless plastic surgeries, the best skincare, a lot of makeup, colored lenses, best stylists, heavy filters and photoshop...its a bit unfair that we keep comparing ourselves to them when not even them are happy with the way they look even after all the procedures and being called top visuals in korea. Its a bit unfair people are only picking on winter, karina is a lot more exaggerated and I don't see anyone talking about it. She is beautiful but a lot of her CGI beauty is quite literally cgi. Even fansites edit a lot her photos, she looks a lot different in real life (and in my opinion more pretty and less artificial). In real life and with no makeup and contact lenses, her eyes are quite small and wide set...only her chin look oddly pointy but the rest looks quite like a normal looking pretty girl you would see on down the street. Now imagine these girls constantly being bombarded with heavily edited pictures of them while people compliment them and then they go on the mirror and see that they don't look like that, it's normal that they feel the pressure to meet those expectations. They are used to see themselves with all those layers. I think putting those labels on kpop visuals is extremely pressuring like they aren't allowed to look like normal human beings and need to look ethereal all the time when nowadays the main responsibile factor for it is digital editing. Honestly this is why I preferred 2nd gen visuals...they looked really pretty despite having flaws, they were so beautiful even the flaws looked beautiful Honestly the ryujin is the only kpop idol I have seen that is confident enough to post completely non edited pictures of herself and even without makeup (and shuhua too)

To be honest it's a fan problem if they have to edit because if they don't look like if they're overweight or something then start getting fat shamed it's mad I can't remember what I do it was but before they come back when he first debuted she was a decent sized she looked happy but when they were making a comeback because she got clutch and she dropped so much weight and then she looked unhappy dancing

They all had a jawline reduction (maybe not Ning Ning 🤔) and most of them had a nose job, it’s common in Korea to have surgery before 18 yo so looking at predebut pic doesn’t make sens anymore but you can definitely find pictures where you can see that they had bigger jawline and a bigger nose, those procedures are very common in Korea and most Korean celebrities had them, not only Aespa . it’s getting more and more difficult to spot natural beauty among K-pop idol So I understand why some of you think they’re natural

I’m not some crazy Aespa fan but this is ignorant imo. How would she Personally edit her own photos when she doesn’t even have a active personal account? If an idols photos are edited it’s likely it isn’t their doing. Specifically in this scenario plus I highly doubt that’s her choice to begin with but I digress. And let’s be real aespa has never been about ‘natural beauty’ they just sing and belt about whooping mamba ass, how they’re going to the next level, etc etc. While looking really good which wasn’t all thanks to the natural beautiful genes they were born with and that applies to a good handful of idols. So stop trying to make everything seem so unbelievable or scandalous.

NATURAL BEAUTY!!??? Girl please. It’s well known all the members did major plastic surgery durning training. It’s offensive to real natural beauties when you can Aespa natural. -Rhinoplasty (all members) -Blepharoplasty (all members) -Orthognatic surgery (Karina, Winter, Giselle) -V line/ chin reduction surgery (Karina, Winter, Giselle) -Nose bridge (Karina, Winter) -jaw & cheek fillers (all members)

im an amateur photographer and yes i edited all my photos, made my models skins lighter and looks better on photoshop, because its has marketing and monetary values, and also DEMAND. the things is many people accused "toxic korean beauty standard" at the fault. but most of the times, korean people said winter is beautiful and had no problems with her figures. so why their company needs to edited winter photo? its because SM is parts of ESG money scheme. so they needs to archived the ESG points by endorsing woke culture/ESG campaigned, for example the planting tree thing, sustainable, cutting tree, women empowerment, etc. so why it has to do wth winter figures? thats because the woke culture/ESG promotes or endorsing "body positivity movement" they had been promoting thick girls, brazillian butt lift, breast operation, small waist, girls with tattoo, etc. to match the western woke demands or "WESTERN BEAUTY STANDARD" thats why they have to edited winter photo. because winter is flat LOL she is not thick like ningning and not curvy like karina, also not body positivity like giselle. the problem is western beauty standard, not korean beauty standard. why SM must fulfill their ESG points? because credits from banks now will only be given to high ESG points company. if your company doesnt inline with woke campaign than your company will be having trouble to borrowing money to pay operational cost like making merchandise, making albums for their artist, recording music and videos, etc. all this company cost were pay using bank credit, and when revenue gets in at the end of their financial months, they pay the debts. this is how big company operates. so if SM dares to promotes slim girls which is contra with ESG agenda to makes women to get bigger and obese, and sick, so they consumes more cosmetic product like body slimmer or getting fat sucking operations, their ESG point will get lower. this is the reality of today economic and investors, they mind controlling us. you can see 10 years ago in fashion show, the models is slim, flat and tall. but now all fashion models must have dark skin tones, must be minority ethnicity, must be thick, big breast and done a butt lift. our world is controlled by ESG, and western beauty standard. you can learn more just type ESG investment. thats the DEVIL on today world.
