I just found a dream mash up. I fucking love Aesthetic Perfection for the spooky synth metal screamo and I love the melancholic 80s robotic synth of Mr Kitty. Was not expecting to stumble across a remix of the two. Wow!

I've listened to both versions several times and I think I know why I prefer this version. The beat in this is more consistent. The original breaks the rhythm often and I find it a little hard to head-bop to. This version also has a more background sound going on, where the original is a quiet at times. Also the harsh vocals on the original don't fit the simplicity and lack distortion all too well. I would have kept the beat more consistent (less silent moments), added more distorted riffs, and kept a more obvious rhythmic theme (The only one I can think of is the local line 'LAX', which is fantastic, but I woulda liked a keyboard riff that was really memorable). Love you Daniel, and I say this only because I want your music to improve. You have the inspiration to actually make music, and I really admire you for that. Keep making your sounds, much love to ya!
