I am a certified Medical Aesthetician and this is what I have learned in school in terms of aging and skin care. These are my tips in preventing aging and wrinkles of the skin in your early 20's, 30's and even 40's.
It's not only about what you put on your skin but also how you treat your body.
TIP #1: Stay out of the sun. Wear sunscreen everyday (even in winter because UV rays will always be there) and wear protective clothing.
Tip #2: Stay hydrated inside and out. So cliche but drink that water. Use water based hydrating products.
Tip #3: Use tapping motions when applying products to reduce friction with the skin,
Tip #4: Exercise. Go to gym. Run. Bike. Hike. Climb Mount Everest.. whatever you want! Get that heart beat up.
