One should choose his/her carrier sagaciously.I've seen many ppls having no interest in there occupations.Especially in pak MBBS is not just ambition it looks like its a way to earn money.So the main objective should be to become a professional doctor,apart from money it will come itself...

If patient is already tachycardiac then why nebs with salbutamol??

I'm not sure,I'm diploma holder of health.And up to my knowledge sulbutamol is bronchodilator which means airways gets dilate.Although It sulbutamol has no effect on tachycardia.
