Whether it's a case of a totally different guys dressing as Dudes 1 and 3, or a known (?) differently numbered Dude stepping in to defend. I’m happy that most of us here in the comments believe it’s a UNDISPUTED reunion. I’d love to see that and have ADAM COLE (Bay Bay) be the man behind the devil mask. It’s what we need if MJF is suppose to be leaving the company. Let’s hope he doesn’t tho.

I feel like Joe was promised his AEW title shot if he “sold his soul to the devil.” I also think that Joe will be a split second away from pinning MJF for the win…but the devil will turn on Joe. MJF will come out the winner since he’s on (what I think might be) home turf. MJF will close in on the devil and he’s gonna unmask Adam Cole, which will cause MJF to completely blow a gasket because “bros” and all that. I’m convinced that the masked men are Jay, Juice, Austin, and Colten. I don’t feel like it’s Roddy and The Kingdom because they’re going so far to prove that it’s Max. Roddy will lose his mind and be the support for MJF after his “best friend” is unmasked. But I’m probably wrong! It’s be cool to see that tho!

Joe doesn't work for the devil, he just made a deal with him. He makes sure that MJF loses the tag titles to the henchmen and the henchmen make sure MJF goes battered into their match. They didn't injure him they just beat him up. He can compete but he isn't at 100% and has a bullseye on his body.

Considering MJF's contract is up in a couple of days and he was holding both the world and tag team titles, I'm guessing there's pressure to have him drop both very quickly just in case he leaves. The fact Joe turned on him makes me think they're closing some storylines just in case he leaves. Joe wins, MJF leaves and Adam Cole will feud with Joe when he comes back. If MJF resigns they can always change course. Joe will be a good champion though.
