That's a very nice unit. I definitely would need a dolly. You'll be so happy you have it in a power outage during winter. I would never use a battery bank to make coffee during a power outage. That would be such a waste of electricity. Better to run the furnace or freezer. They need to invent a strp that flips up at the top front with lights that shine down over the front, so a person can see the front of the unit in the dark. Having a light shining in my eyes is not helpful.

I am okay with the sub-branding as long as it remains a quality product. I did not receive a 12V cable with mine but I am sure there is a cable that would work. Possibly from another brand. Thanks for commenting

Looks like a good product. Nice to see it has the newer technology batteries unlike Jackery. As for using with a furnace when the power goes out, most furnaces aren’t set up that way. You need an electrician/furnace professional to make those adjustments. Thanks for sharing. Take care and stay safe.

G'day Mark, yep, aint much this one wont do. Definitely worth having the 500 W solar capacity and a petrol genny for a complete home set up, even if just to get the 1.5 hr charge time in the event of a power outage, for who knows how long. i.e especially for fridge, freezer and in your case furnace. Oh yeah, and plenty of long extension leads, (often overlooked). Be aware though, there is a thing called "Voltage Drop" over longer distances, if memory serves, think it generally starts kicking in around 20 meters and should be less than 5% drop for AC. If that becomes a problem, one needs to up the cable size, btw, there are formulae for it, though for this application, a HD extension lead usually does the trick, but you may want to check that out, I'm coming from a 240 VAC perspective.
