Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine as children do. It's not just in some of us; it is in everyone. And as we let our own lights shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.

I started watching Vishen and Mindvalley on YT 2 years ago. When I set my 3 year goals I didn't believe they could come true. I am quitting my job this month to go confidently in the direction of my dreams and live the life I imagine. I thank Vishen for the boot in the butt that got me moving and dreaming. I am bending my reality every day.

Victor Hugo said ' There is nothing as powerful as an idea whose time has come. God willing this is that time. Happiness : yes . Fullfilment : No . I was stuck in this imbalance not knowing what's wrong with me ,felt like i lost myself for a long period. / Thank you for enlightening us how to deal with it ! Achieveing that balance is my 2016 goal (and the years to come after ! )

I watched this video and found some very important nuggets that I can and will implement. The idea that happiness should not be tied to your goals would be Ludacris to most but actually it makes a lot of sense to me..... time to change my mind set

I have had to live with my elderly mother out of necessity for the past nine years. I love her and I am grateful to her & God. I would be homeless otherwise. HOWEVER, mother is very negative and doesn't feel she is negative at all. Her negative "energy" is effecting me. I began meditating 3 years ago to help counter its effects. I have an ignored graduate degree. I still owe $175,000 in student loan debt. THE GOOD = I am writing a BOOK! It is due out by fall 2018. But it needs a good END. It has none right now.

C'mon Vishen, you are not just an entrepreneurial genius, but a marketing, a sales, a strategy and a productivity genius.. Pure talent, just admit it. :) I believe MV was not always all about just personal growth.. I wish I knew how to pick and stick with that one right product that will eventually make all the difference. Hope to figure this out one day though. ALL of these authors talking about secrets of the universe & how to tap into it to gain peace, fulfillment, happiness, gained financial success selling books on the subject...they're smart, knowing that people are searching for something more; therefore, enlightenment books will sell. I'm interested in that one successful author who 1st lived his life going through moments of brokenness ...then in practicing these principles of enlightenment, found success in obtaining constant peace, fulfillment and happiness which inspired him to share his-story to build up others. ...THIS ONE STORY MIGHT EARN MY TRUST. I've read and quoted many authors for many years and YOU might be the one I trust... Signed Tired, but can't seem to quit life yet...

+Dr. Toni Y. Pender Great question! I have lived through divorce, losing all but one friend, illnesses that could have killed me, betrayal, being attacked by demons, etc. and I love my life! I teach this stuff, live it meticulously and it works. I have hundreds of testimonials from people whom I've taught, one girl went from being $90K in debt to $17K in months with the help of angels, another got her song on a national TV show. Another got help out of the blue paying off $6K worth of taxes. I got invited to speak at conferences where there were famous authors such as Wayne Dyer when he was alive, Marianne Willaimson, etc. I didn't try for this at all! I just got my energy right and was in the right space at the right time. Last year when I needed a new portable computer people showed up and gave me one a week later! So in my reality its all about the energy :) Forgive me if I sound preachy... I just love this stuff. Its how I live.

Realism is just a socially acceptable form of pessimism. Bingo. Why? BECAUSE, the consensus assumptions about what constitutes 'reality' is limited by a lack of inquiry that is, I believe, more than unconscious but basically pathological.
