I am just starting my journey into affiliate marketing and just found your channel. Aside from your clear way of explaining concept’s, what connected with me with your channel over others was when I watched my first video of yours and you clearly explained ranking articles has less to do with creativity and more about the assembling of content according in a specific flow. Adam I am 4 months into my first blog in the outdoor adventure lifestyle niche and working hard on it. It is your content that really had the light bulb go on for me. Especially when you talk about content creation - there are only two types of posts - informational and transactional. Explaining the format as well. I haven't seen any money yet, but I'm hopeful. This was a great video and thanks for taking the time.

Hi Adam, thank you for the videos. I have watched many of them. I have been blogging for 23 years with thousands of posts. Used to have multiple topic specific blogs but eventually I decided to merge them. Never made any real money, maybe I started too early and got discouraged. As a director of software I make good money, so there was no real pressure. After watching your channel I got motivated to get some passive income going. I lived next door in Brighton Michigan, but I escaped to beautiful state of Washington. Thanks again.

I can’t wait to join your program I’ve been waiting since august 2023, (we’re now in March 2024) for my tax return to start your program, but it’s still not enough money. But regardless, I’ve opened my page on Wordpress and I’m trying to follow your guidelines as much as I can through your KZfaq videos and I’ve written a few articles trying to squeeze as much out from free trials and free things you mention. Pigeonhole. I have watched several of your videos and appreciate your honest approach to this! I consume a lot of online business/entrepreneur/marketing content and have always found that fascinating. My family is full of entrepreneurs, and I have always wanted to build something for myself - but to be honest, I am scared... I am typing this comment from a hotel room in The Netherlands. I have a question about search intent. You say there are two, informational and transactional. I’m a business broker (real estate) and I want those interested in selling their business, to call me or fill out a form. Would this be considered transactional even if there is no actual purchase? Or is there a third intent for service based businesses? Thank you.

Yes, those two types of posts are for traditional blogs. For service based businesses, that’s a little bit different. For example, best business brokers, how to sell your business, etc. This is more CPL marketing and the keywords will be quite competitive. Might make more sense via PPC and other platforms outside of Google.

@@thehandmademastermind did you start as a complete beginner? I did 150 posts in 1 month too, but it took like 240 hours. The site is at $1,000/mo but the point is that a beginner simply would not be able to keep up that kind of a pace…

@@jalliartturi Yes, You're 100% right. As a beginner it's really hard to make your first $ from Affiliate Marketing. I have been there in affiliate marketing industry, it took me around 2+ Years to make my first $ from Affiliate Marketing. Now I'm making around $800/month but not the exact number.
