I bought this set with the base plate about 2 months ago for around $480 w/ship to US. I haven't experienced any squeaking or any pedal noises at all to this point. With the base plate lifted to it's highest point the pedal size is not a problem for my size 9 foot and I'm really enjoying these pedals. Took a few days to get used to them and along with making adjustments to fit my wants & needs but I'm loving them now......of course this is coming from 12yrs of using a G25 setup also, so ya....a major difference. After watching Barry's review of them, I decided they were worth taking a chance especially for the price. I guess only time will tell how happy I'm going to be. And now with the newly added alpha mini to go with my simforge pedals, last yrs g2 vr and around 09' DIY 2 dof scn5 seat mover, I'm in sim racing heaven!

Glad you had a good experience with yours! It's unfortunate they have that much variation in quality control then.

I got a G27 and been thinking about the same thing. Fanatec V3's are a decent deal used but I can't mount them inverted, which I have done with my G27 pedals and prefer it

Been using these since the past 4 Months now. My experience is opposite of yours. They're quite and pretty smooth and one of the best one's I've used. I previously owned a T3PA, Clubsport and HE Sprint. They're actually on par with the Sprints and in some features like the Adjustability and the sensitivity of the brake pedal, they're superior.

I own these and agree with some of the statements here. I didn't have a bad board, but would agree with the quality of the pedals themselves and the calibration. I never felt comfortable with them, especially the brake. I ended up getting in the VRS queue and received them last week. Night and day difference, but again, twice the cost. The price seems enticing, but I would hold off. Pedals can be so subjective though. I have a member in my racing discord who has SimForge and he likes them a lot. So there you go.

Hey There, came across this review as i was searching for answers as 1 of 2 units ordered did run into issues. now my unit didn't squeak but i had faulty cables and experienced a lot of fluctuation in the signal which made it almost impossible to calibrate. and if i somehow managed the calibration, in game they become JUMPY! Now on the other hand, the 2nd unit was completely flawless and had ZERO issues.

Maybe you can get them to send you replacement sensors. Still, quality control is very inconsistent which is a very serious issue regardless

Thank you for the honest review. I'm planning on purchasing these as they are the only "high end" pedal set available in India that isn't an import. Hopefully they can get better at quality control.

If they’re anything like my sprint pedals they’d feel much better with a pedal inversion kit. I bought the sim lab inverted pedal deck and my pedals feel so much more natural and comfortable to use. I wouldn’t call the price they’re selling these pedals at “premium”.

I did neglect to mention I tested them best case scenario with many configurations on a rig with an adjustable base plate. I returned them to stock for the video. As mentioned, all pedals were lubricated.

As someone with years of experience of engineering of hardware, firmware, and software engineering teams in India, just do not trust it. No racism here, just hard won long standing experience. Never outsource to India. Remember, every major brand has pulled out of outsourcing in India over the last eight years.

If you received a set of faulty pedals ie malfunctioning pcb why would you not send them back? instead of putting your warranty at risk by attempting to fix them yourself, even if successful pretty sure you void your warranty. Obviously you're not happy with them which is why i have a hard time trying to understand why you didn't return them instead of repairing them yourself.
@blaarpist2 жыл бұрын
They are a small company in India, as such they have no obligation to offer warranty and do not (they do try to offer support where they can). It was a simple fix that was not the cause of any of my other issues. I was in communication with the manufacturer through the troubleshooting process. They do not offer returns hence why I was unable to return them. These are the risks you take when you buy boutique items like these pedals and it is important that consumers understand the risks in situations like this.
