Very nice tour of a very small but compact apartment -- looked okay for a single person with a temporary guest. Looks like a nice place; do they have larger apartments in the same building? Main drawback for me would be the "teensy-tiny, sort of a balcony but not" design -- which seems to be the same for every apartment there. Again, appreciate the nice tour of that small apartment - I think the strong and weak points were portrayed accurately.

Enjoy your presence and delivery - your bearing seems naturally upbeat and positive and your English is superb. The second observation is no small consideration, many non-native English speakers are exceptional thinkers with solid vocabularies, but their strained enunciations makes listening to and comprehending them a chore or impossible. Taking in your delivery is a pleasure. To the content, I've no interest in condominium or other realty tours wherever they may be. And videos on the subject are endless. What interests me is learning something, and I bet you have a lot to share. For example, a trip to Isaan in which you show your home town or village - I've watched three or four of your uploads in which you discuss your background. And more so, I'm interested in learning about your work. What are your functions as a PM? Perhaps you may not want to mention the company or its location, but what is the service or industry? How big are they? Do you see a path for advancement? How long have you been working for the company and have you been promoted? Do you telecommute any days of the week? And are you working strictly 8:30a or 9a to 5p, Monday to Friday, or often outside of these hours? In addition to your university degree, do you hold any project management or work-related certifications? Also, I'd like to know what your company pays you in salary per year, gross income. And what are the company benefits - health insurance? Is there a year-end bonus or cost of living adjustment? How much are your income taxes each year? And what is your net pay after taxes and after anything else the company deducts from your check? These last questions are prying. Nosy. Inappropriate? Not the kinds of questions you would ask intimates. So who are you going to ask to learn? There are fabulously wealthy people in the West and a massive margin between them and those who live from check to check. But I believe the margin between the exceptionally wealthy and the working masses is even more distinct in Thailand. This provokes my line of questioning into what a salaried professional such as yourself earns. Not your understanding of what others around you earn, but your own story. (You consider yourself a salaried professional in a stable position with benefits, yes? As opposed to, say, a temporary wage earner.) And if you can and will respond, then I suppose you would want to leave the company name out of it, other than some general information as to size and industry. There are lots of videos in which foreigners stick cameras in the faces of Thais engaged in their menial street labor, but none I've found in which degree-holding office workers talk about their trade and how much they earn, which could hold some real insight into quality of life. Separately, have you and the hirsute American parted ways? I see no mention of him anywhere.
