Alver has developed a whole range of high protein vegan food with microalgae golden chlorella, which is neutral in colour and in taste, and therefore can be applied to all different types of food applications. It is rich in magnesium, potassium, zinc, vitamin B and has a full amino acid profile. But the most significant feature is its functionality, so it can be implemented into a range of different food applications, such as alternative dairy, meat and some dry foods.
